Sharpless G. Moore, eighty-five, formerly of Lancaster, died Monday at his home in Narberth, of heart trouble after an illness of two months. He left Lancaster sixty years ago and was formerly assistant superintendent of the Philadelphia Rapid Transit Company. He was retired thirteen years. His wife was the former Barbara Ann Zahn, of Quarryville, deceased sixteen years. Three sons, Edgar J., Buffalo, N.Y., Earl H. and Musser M., both of Philadelphia survive.
Moore-Entered into rest in Narberth, Pa., on Dec. 23, 1940. Sharpless G. Moore in his 85th year. The relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral without further notice from the funeral parlor of C. Abram Snyder, successor to J. Fred Fisher, 141 E. Orange St., on Friday morning at 11:00 o'clock. Interment in Greenwood cemetery.
